PS: But tripoli really needs a face lift and a bit of polishing so get rid of the cobwebs

Great pictures Damoon, no doubt

actually, tripoli is 10 better than I thought possible, frankly

I was looking at pictures of Benghazi, and video, and I have to say, I mean we know there might be some reasons, but the difference between the 2 cities is incredible,…unless the stuff I saw was deliberately made to show Benghazi as a victim …, you know?
But if the pictures were true reflections, then I tell you, tripoli looks 20 years ahead ( ie cleaner, road marks, buildings, bridges, … )

Nice pics damoon..Yes. (Tripoli)or(insert your city) or to be fair the whole country will always be close to our hearts regardless of how it is!

As for traffic lines cofman they are not every where..plus people here drive as if the lines dont exist..so practically they are useless!!

The one thing that shocked me the most when i first came to Libya was the traffic--seriously i had a "sadma" a shock everytime im on the road..and its one of the reasons i dont drive here..and most likely wont soon...the drivers r scary here!

Hey Damoon,

I will be away from my website. I have deleted all of its content but saved the posts and i will repost all three during summer time. I have been distracted by my site and i feel thats the best decision for now. So keep posting, and i will be checking when i have time. Finals are getting closer and closer and i need to focus. Everyone thanks for being so awesome.

and to Maysoon (i tried to go into her site but the link i have wont work for me)
Maysoon -thanks so much for your insightful comment. I really appreciate it. It is one of my biggest fears to get commited to anyone, and especially if they are not aware of my thought process. But thanks for letting me know that it works even if both have lived different lives. For that and much more i adore you.(sorry for using some of ur space damoon) Shukran for you too.

Happymoi, we are going to miss you, and you are very much welcome, I just want to add something you said "especially if they are not aware of my thought process", even if so, if they like you so much they will learn eventually to become aware of your thought process ;o)
